During the assessment, a needs assessment staff will help identify presenting problems. The assessor will then consult with a psychiatrist to determine the individuals’ treatment needs. Three recommendations will then be given to the legal guardian to help with their decision. Patients who present with an emergent condition will receive immediate attention, and based on the clinical assessment, will be referred to the appropriate level of care. There is never a fee for the initial mental health assessment and we have qualified psychiatrists on our active medical staff. Because crisis are not planned, Our needs assessment & referral center is available 24/7 to respond to calls. Business office hours are from 8:00 - 6:00 M-Fr. After hour emergencies are provided at each hospital.
